Important Employment & Compensation Notice: Sandesh Office operates on a work-based and client-deliverable compensation model. Your earnings and salary directly depend on the volume, quality, and results of the client work you perform—as you take on clients and complete work, your salary corresponds directly to the work delivered. Submitting an application expresses your interest in working with us, but does not guarantee employment, interviews, or a fixed unearned payout.

1. Information We Collect

When you complete the Sandesh Office Recruitment Application, we collect the following personal and professional data directly from you:

  • Personal Details: Full legal name, date of birth, and current residential address.
  • Contact Information: Valid email address and active mobile phone number.
  • Professional Profile: Self-identified skills, previous work and project experience, and portfolio/GitHub profile links.
  • Availability & Preferences: Typical daily active hours, available hours per day, and preferred organizational role.
  • Application Statements: Reasons for joining Sandesh Office, justifications for candidate selection, and expected monthly salary in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
  • Technical Metadata: IP address, timestamp, browser user agent, and OTP verification logs for verification integrity and security purposes.

2. Purpose of Collection

We collect and process your information solely for recruitment-related activities, including:

  • Evaluating candidate suitability for current and anticipated roles at Sandesh Office.
  • Verifying applicant authenticity and preventing fraudulent or automated bot submissions.
  • Communicating assessment outcomes, interviews, or shortlisting decisions.
  • Benchmarking skill distributions and compensation expectations for team planning.

3. Mobile Phone OTP Verification

To maintain an authentic talent pool and prevent unauthorized applications using third-party contact details, Sandesh Office requires an active One-Time Password (OTP) verification. A random 6-digit cryptographic verification code is transmitted to your mobile number via the Kusha SMS gateway. Your plain OTP is never permanently stored on our servers; only a cryptographically hashed signature is checked during verification.

4. How We Use & Share Your Data

Your information is processed internally by authorized Sandesh Office hiring coordinators and administrative reviewers. We never sell, lease, or commercially distribute your personal information to marketing brokers, third-party recruiters, or advertising networks.

5. Authorized Access & Administrative Notes

Access to submitted applications is strictly restricted to designated Sandesh Office recruitment managers via protected administrative credentials. Hiring managers may record private internal recruitment notes (evaluations, interview observations, and status notes). These private notes are reserved strictly for internal evaluation.

6. Reasonable Security Practices

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect candidate data from unauthorized access, accidental alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include server-side input sanitization, cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection, encrypted password hashing (`password_hash`), directory-level access restrictions, and secure socket layer encryption in transit.

7. Data Retention Policy

Candidate applications are retained for a maximum duration of 12 months following submission to allow review for future job openings matching your profile. OTP records and temporary verification hashes are automatically expired within 5 minutes and pruned periodically.

8. Contacting Shortlisted Candidates

If your profile is shortlisted or selected for an assessment or interview, authorized Sandesh Office team members will initiate contact exclusively through your verified mobile phone number or your provided email address. Please ensure your contact details remain accessible.

9. Applicant Rights & Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request access to the information you submitted or request complete deletion of your application record from our systems. To request data review or removal, please contact our recruitment desk with your unique Application ID (e.g. SO-2026-XXXXXX) and verified phone number.

10. Work-Based Compensation & Client Deliverables Model

Sandesh Office functions on an output and client-deliverables framework. Candidates should understand how compensation and payouts are structured:

  • Salary Tied to Completed Client Work: Your compensation is directly correlated to the amount of work you perform. As you handle client projects, execute tasks, and complete client deliverables, your salary is calculated and paid in accordance with the work accomplished.
  • Proportional Earnings: Candidates who handle more client assignments and deliver high-quality results earn proportionally higher compensation. Those who take on fewer client tasks will receive payouts matching that level of work.
  • Deliverable-Driven Milestones: Payments are processed upon successful verification and delivery of agreed project milestones and client deliverables, ensuring transparency and fairness for all parties.
  • Agreement Upon Onboarding: Specific per-project rates, hourly benchmarks, or deliverable quotas are clearly defined in mutual work agreements prior to starting any client engagement.
